Britney Spears is always on the road, from her residency in Las Vegas to her Piece of Me tour. It can be hard to keep up with workouts while you’re on the go, but the veteran performer has found a way to stay fit wherever she travels next.
In a recent Instagram video, Spears shows off part of her yoga routine, extending her leg high up in the air. She captioned the post: “Traveling from hotel to hotel can make you a little stir crazy, so I decided to start doing 2 hours of yoga in each room! The bare floors gave me a pretty solid grip on the ground without a mat. I was very sore the next day, but at least I got to use my time wisely ?????.”
Spears is known for posting her workout routines online, and in April she shared a post about how she was getting in shape for her tour. She went through a full body workout with a focus on glutes and core, featuring moves like jump squats, kettlebell swings, donkey kicks, and leg extensions.
And as the singer told Entertainment Tonight in July, she tries to eat clean as well. “Sometimes I’m just like, ‘I want a hamburger!’ but when I’m in work mode, I want [to eat] very clean. I want clean chicken and veggies that’s it,” Spears revealed.”My stomach is so sensitive, if I have a steak, I will be sick for three days.”
However, she does make an allowance for one popular fast food item. “The burger is fine, but I have the small burgers from McDonald’s. The happy meal!” Spears said.
