Kate Hudson’s Abs Look So Toned In This Bikini Pic, I Had To Do A Double Take

Kate Hudson just solidified her bombshell status. The actress and mom of three shared an Instagram of herself sporting a red hot bikini and showing off her super-toned bod.

(Reminder: the actress and her boyfriend Danny Fujikawa welcomed their baby girl, Rani, last October, and Kate’s pregnancy was no picnic.)

In the photo, Kate’s posing next to her friend, fashion stylist Sophie Lopez, who’s also wearing an adorable blue and white bikini. The duo are drinking what look like refreshing Aperol spritzes, so all around #goals.

Kate captioned the celebratory post: “The biggest happy birthday to my partner in so many adventures! I love you babas! @sophielopez ❤️ Sending love your way and wishing I was with you today! 🎂”

Officially, it’s a birthday post for her friend, but Kate’s incredible abs totally steal the show. Each clearly defined abdominal muscle deserves a whole damn party, which is essentially what the comments became. One fan shared: “Wait is this Kate’s post baby bod?! I’m not ok 😭” (FYI: Since this is a birthday post, it’s not 100 percent clear when the pic was taken.)

Tbh, I did a double take when I first saw the photo. Is that really Kate? It didn’t take long to realize, yes, it is, and she does look that amazing. The appropriate reaction is sheer awe, followed by how?

So, what exactly did Kate do to create her toned physique? First, she became a Weight Watchers celebrity ambassador back in December.Two months after giving birth to her daughter, she set a weight loss goal of 25 pounds. “Health and wellness is my number one, and I always say what works for me doesn’t work for everyone,” Kate shared at the time.

By April, Kate reported she was nearing her goal weight. “I’ve done it without stressing on food or working out like crazy although I have been disciplined,” she said.

Since then, she’s shared updates to Instagram, showing her progress and blessing her followers with more of her workouts. Those include a variety of workouts and sessions with The Mirror. In her vids, Kate makes leg lifts, lunges, and more tough exercises look totally effortless. (If only that were truly the case, amirite?)

Fingers crossed Kate’s friends have more birthdays coming up…
