Vanessa Hudgens just showed off her super toned abs in her latest Instagram post—and it’s all for a good cause. Wearing a cute sports bra and colorful ombre leggings, the Bad Boys for Life star posted about an Instagram Live Torch’d workout she’s doing on Thursday, May 14 to raise money for the charity No Kid Hungry. The nonprofit works to solve problems of hunger and poverty in the United States and around the world, especially during the current COVID-19 pandemic.

ICYDK, Torch’d is a yoga/pilates/strength training class with Isaac Boots, a.k.a. Isaac Calpito, and it is guaranteed to make you sweat. The workout starts today at 11 a.m. EST/8 a.m. PST to raise money for No Kid Hungry. And actress/Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Lisa Rinna also previously participated in a Torch’d workout where all donations went to the nonprofit.

Vanessa is a big fan of Torch’d, crediting Zoom workouts with Isaac and her workout buddies from Torch’d for keeping her in shape while staying at home.

The Spring Breakers alum always been a big fan of working out. Back when she could hit up fitness studios for SoulCycle, yoga, and Pilates, Vanessa worked out almost every day. In December 2018, the actress told Women’s Health that she fits in a mix of six workouts a week. In order to keep her intense schedule going, she leans on her workout buddies. “To be self-motivated consistently is almost a daydream,” she said. “I reach out to friends to hold me accountable.”

And she also keeps her diet super healthy. She also told Women’s Health that she’s really into intermittent fasting. She also eats arugula “almost every day” and loves to dig into other healthy foods like cashew cheese, almond milk, oat milk, eggs, avocados, and grapes. “I love finding things that are good for you and also taste amazing,” she said.
