Shailene Woodley, 29, seems to be having a blast in Hawaii on a couples getaway with her fiancé Aaron Rodgers. (Yep, the Green Bay Packers quarterback.)

One of her vacay companions, Keleigh Sperry Teller, shared all the adorable photos on Instagram. In the post, Shailene and Aaron are posing with friends next to a stunning waterfall. “ponds with soulmates 🪐🦋🌈🌈 thank you @zenobe for the best day of hiking these pool,” Keleigh captioned the photo.

The Big Little Lies actress wears a purple bikini that shows off her seriously sculpted abs and strong legs, which are giving the scenery some tough competition. Fans totally noticed and added comments like “Beautiful peeps, pools & ponds!” to just a simple “Iconic.”

Shailene has worked hard for her toned bod. She’s previously shared her workout routine from her Divergent days. Back then, her sweat sessions included lots of martial arts training, according to fight coordinator J.J. Perry. First, she warmed up with some cardio, including jogging and jumping rope, before working on hitting punching bags and kicking.

Then, Perry also incorporated strength moves. “I made it like a basic training,” Perry says. In partners, Shailene and her co-stars did squats standing back-to-back with their arms linked and squat kicks, aiming at each other’s feet. “It teaches you that when you get fatigued, you need to still not hit each other,” says Perry.

For abs, Shailene and a partner would link legs and do crunches or create a sit-up chain. Burpees were also a staple exercise. Shailene also worked her core and her arms by doing different variations of pullups and pushups. “Her work ethic is what got her through it, and I was not easy on them,” Perry says.

More recently, Shailene has opened up about discovering the connection between mental and physical health. Her severe anxiety eventually led to physical health problems.

“It wasn’t until I started recognizing those habits and addressing them that I was able to change my perspective on mental health to a point where my physical ailments went away,” she told Harper’s Bazaar. “However, I’ve come to accept that the people in my life who I actually want to be surrounded by will not be offended if I don’t respond to them right away because I have to take care of how much energy I am constantly consuming and putting out.”
