Actress and Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Lisa Rinna, 56, just posted a stunning bikini pic on her Instagram over the weekend, and her abs look ridiculously toned.
“Thirsty. 💦,” the reality TV personality captioned the photo.
Her followers were quick to note how great she looks, with Lisa’s daughters being the first to comment. Delilah Belle Hamlin, 21, commented, “Sometimes I wonder what having a normal mom is like,” while daughter Amerlia Gray Hamlin, 18, wrote, “same.”

Former RHOC Housewife Heather Dubrow, however, said, “🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥” and fellow RHOBH cast member Dorit Kemsley commented, “BODY! 🔥” And actress January Jones said, “We are all thirsty at this point doll.”
Lisa also gave her followers a peek into her at-home workouts when she posted her Torch’d workout session to her Instagram Stories. Decked out in a cute matching Terez workout outfit, the Days of Our Lives alum once again showed off her rock-hard abs. Lisa’s a known fan of the dance/pilates/strength training workout, having previously did a Torch’d class with Isaac Boots, a.k.a. Isaac Calpito, earlier in May to raise money for nonprofit No Kid Hungry. (Btw, actress Vanessa Hudgens is also a Torch’d fan.)
Besides Torch’d, Lisa is also devoted to doing yoga.
“I have a really strong yoga practice,” she told OWN. “For my body type, that really works, and then I throw in a SoulCycle class or a hike.” Lisa told Us Weekly that she’s been practicing yoga for 26 years: “[It’s] been the most helpful in keeping myself grounded and somewhat sane.”
And of course, she loves to dance, whether it’s in her bedroom creating TikTok dances or learning full-blown choreography like she did when she appeared on Dancing With The Stars. “In our house everybody is always dancing around and singing,” she told Parade.
