Curious how Cindy keeps those legs in such amazing shape all these years? (Same!) For starters, she’s an avid runner, and running the occasional set of stairs helps her tone her lower body. Cindy also has a pretty intense strength training routine, which includes full-body circuits and weighted squats that sculpt her legs, per Women’s Health.

And speaking of legs, Cindy’s leg day exercises are killer. Weighted step-ups help her activate her core muscles and entire lower body. She definitely makes the most of her gym time:

As for her diet, Cindy’s very mindful about what she eats. “The more you eat healthy, the more you want to do it because you feel better,” she told People. Her meals are usually packed with protein and veggies. You’ll likely find salmon and asparagus or turkey meatballs over raw spinach on her plate.

Cindy also kicks off her day with protein. “I start out with a protein shake. That gets me through with very even energy. Have a salad for lunch. I feel better with protein so I like a salad with fish or chicken. Allow yourself the snack,” she said.

“Keep feeding yourself and then you make better choices. I want to go out for dinner, but don’t let them bring the bread to the table and don’t go totally hungry. Keep your blood sugar level all day. That allows you to make better decisions.”
