Yes, per a Starbucks Rewards email, “when you buy a handcrafted espresso beverage or Frappuccino blended beverage, size grande or larger,” you will get a second one free. The rules are not much different than most other Starbucks Happy Hours (in fact, they are exactly the same), but you should know that this deal “excludes hot and iced brewed coffee [and] ready–to–drink beverages” and cannot be combined with other Starbucks offers you might have.
