Amaranth-Hazelnut Balls

Ingredients for 20 small balls

For the balls

  • 40 g of Amaranth, puffed
  • 70 g Cashewmus
  • 70 g Hazelnut
  • 40 g Yaconsirup or agave syrup
  • 3 TBSP water
  • ½ TSP vanilla powder
  • 1 Pinch Of Crystal Salt

Preparation

Preparation time about 10 minutes

All the ingredients for the Amaranth-hazelnut balls in a bowl and evenly mix. Then 20 walnut sized balls, place on a plate covered with baking paper and 10 Min. in the freezer.
