- 40 g of Amaranth, puffed
- 70 g Cashewmus
- 70 g Hazelnut
- 40 g Yaconsirup or agave syrup
- 3 TBSP water
- ½ TSP vanilla powder
- 1 Pinch Of Crystal Salt
Preparation
Preparation time about 10 minutes
All the ingredients for the Amaranth-hazelnut balls in a bowl and evenly mix. Then 20 walnut sized balls, place on a plate covered with baking paper and 10 Min. in the freezer.
