Relay For Relief's Virtual Workout Schedule Was Just Released

You can support your favorite fitness studios and instructors, as well as United Way Worldwide’s COVID-19 Community Response and Recovery Fund, by joining the world’s largest virtual workout relay. It takes a village to put together 24 hours of back-to-back streaming workouts, and that’s why Women’s Health teamed up with Men’s Health, Mindbody, United Way, and Degree, along with sponsor Athleta, to make this relay a reality.

Starting bright and early May 15, top fitness trainers and influencers will kick off this virtual fitness party. Peep the schedule now to start planning your workouts with your squad:
