Happy Birthday, Julianne Hough!
The Dancing with the Stars alum celebrated turning 33 yesterday with a twirl in a sunny field of sunflowers, and she shared a super cute video and pic on Instagram of herself soaking it all in. In the video, Jules is wearing a breezy white crop top and matching skirt, and she’s twirling to The Beatles’ “Here Comes The Sun” in a gorgeous field filled with bright yellow sunflowers.
“Feeling the birthday love and letting it all pour in! So grateful for the many years of love and support you’ve all shown me. It’s been a long cold, lonely winter 🎶
Here comes the sun ☀️🙏🏽💛🌻,” she captioned the post.

Along with the video, she also shared a pic of herself posing in the field. And her outfit shows off her toned core, which she credits in part to SoulCycle. Julianne recently got in spin a session while on vacation in Capri, Italy. And of course, she also is obsessed with dance.
She also recently debuted the fitness platform KINRGY which has a mix of 45-minute “high sensory activated dance method” workouts inspired by tai chi, qigong, energy work, strength training, and cardio. Julianne told Women’s Health that she wants Kinrgy to be the “SoulCycle of dance.”

As for her diet, she likes to fuel her workouts with a special drink made of lukewarm water, lemon, celery juice, a green superfood drink, apple cider vinegar, and an adrenal supplement. And afterward, she reaches for a smoothie filled with healthy fats, like avocado, almond butter, almond milk, spinach, protein powder, blueberries, and a banana.
