Megan Thee Stallion Showed Off Her ‘Savage’-ly Fit Abs And Butt At The Apple Music Awards

  • Megan Thee Stallion had an epic performance at the 2020 Apple Music Awards.
  • The rapper showed off her toned abs and butt while performing “Savage.”
  • She gets a workout every time she performs, and she also cut out sugar in November.

Megan Thee Stallion stole the show at Monday night’s 2020 Apple Music Awards, and I’m not just talking about her “Savage” performance. The rapper accepted the award for Breakthrough Artist of the Year wearing a mirrored leotard and performed wearing a jumpsuit with many, many cutouts, showing off her insanely toned abs and butt.

So, how does the self-proclaimed Hot Girl Meg stay so sizzling? The “Body” rapper gets a full workout every time she performs and rehearses. She’s the reigning queen of twerking, after all, which works the lower back, glutes, quads, and hamstrings, trainer Lauren McIntyre told SELF(though it’s a little hard on the knees).

Plus, she loves to go jogging in the Hollywood Hills and do strength training. She even invites her fans to join her workouts. Last year, she asked her followers to tackle the “7-Day Hottie Fitness Challenge,” which sounded pretty intense, tbh. “We doing a 7 day challenge hotties ! -no bread, no sugar, no fried food, a gallon of water a day. Don’t forget to get it in !!!” she captioned the first day’s post, per BET.

Plus, at the beginning of November, she committed to quitting alcohol and sugar. When she and her friends were talking about how guys do No Shave November, she said she wanted to do No Sugar November. (The group also decided to work out every day that month.)

“Okay b*tch, I don’t want to eat no sugar, and I’m not gonna drink in November,” Megan said in a video posted to her Instagram Stories at the time.

Clearly, all her hard work is paying off—because it’s not just her performance that is savage.
