Lady Gaga has a style that’s totally her own. And, JIC you’ve forgotten that, she just stepped out in an amazing take at athleisure that’ll have you rethinking the way you wear your go-to bra and bike shorts combo.
Gaga, 35, was spotted in New York City wearing a light blue Marc Jacobs bandeau top and matching high-waisted bike shorts, paired with sky-high white platform boots. Her abs, back, arms, legs—everything—look ridiculously toned.
And if you’d like to rock the same look, it’s still available online:
While her look is designer (read: pricey), you can get a similar style for a fraction of the cost with Alo’s baby blue lavish bra top ($54) and matching high-waist biker shorts ($56).
OK, but back to Gaga. She doesn’t look that fit by accident. She’s huge into yoga, a practice she’s been doing since 2004 when she was an NYU student, her former teacher Tricia Donegan told the New York Times.
She also does Pilates with certified instructor Lisa Marie Goodwin, including getting into it on the Reformer, the incredibly challenging Pilates machine that works pretty much every muscle in your body.
While all those things work her abs (and more!), she also specifically targets those muscles with the help of her trainer, Harley Pasternak. He previously told Us Weekly that Gaga likes to do 35-minute resistance training workouts that focus on her abs when she’s touring. One of her biggest go-tos? Bicycle crunches. Gaga will blow through six sets of 20 reps to, “train her abs from every direction, Pasternak says.
Gaga also just leads a super active lifestyle, posting pics on Instagram of herself doing things like going horseback riding, rock climbing, and swimming.
Here. For. It.
