Briana Culberson, daughter of The Real Housewives of Orange County’s Vicki Gunvalson, has been on the keto diet for months. And, it seems, it’s really paid off big for her…and her family.
Briana’s husband Ryan just shared a photo of the two of them on Instagram, looking downright amazing. “Celebrating being 86 pounds lighter between the two of us!” he captioned the shot. “What are you waiting for? #ketotransformation#ketolifestyle #keto #ketoweightloss#ketogeniclife #ketoadapted”

Ryan and Briana (who often posts via Ryan’s account) first shared their keto diet journey back in November, when Ryan posted a photo to Instagram calling Briana a “keto queen.” At that time, the two had been on the keto diet for five months, said Ryan.
A few months later in January, Briana shared that she had lost 45 pounds on the diet. “But most importantly my health has greatly improved!” she wrote next to before and after photos of herself, via Ryan’s account.

The face on the right is strict Keto, steroid free, and lupus flare free! I’ve lost 45 lbs on keto so far but most importantly my health has greatly improved! She continued: “The face on the left is of an average American diet, never felt good, having constant lupus flares, and on and off steroids for almost a year.” (Briana was diagnosed with lupus in 2016, and almost had to have her leg amputated in 2018 due to her condition, People says.) “The face on the right is strict keto, steroid free, and lupus flare free,” she said.
Clearly, these two found the key to the keto diet—and it shows that having a keto buddy is just as important as watching your carbs and fat.
