- Taraji P. Henson, 50, just showed off her toned, strong bod on Instagram in a new series of bikini photos.
- The actress and her abs, booty, and everything look super fit on vacation.
- The Hidden Figures star works out every day for up to two hours, incorporating strength training, cardio, and her boxing machine.
Taraji P. Henson has been feeling herself lately—as she should—and she just dropped a bunch of bikini pics on Instagram to prove it.
The Hidden Figures star shared a series of model-y shots of herself posing in a tiny string bikini at the beach, while pointing out that it’s hard to look that good. “I am not a model. I HAVE GREAT RESPECT FOR MODELS. IT IS NOT EASY,” she wrote in the caption. “The professionals make it look easy BUT IT AIN’T. I almost killed myself on that rock 😩 (hence the 4th pic my leg is all cut up from THAT ROCK) Models do this in more dangerous places than this location. I was just playing around with the gifted @erikabracey (girl you have a calling sis 👀) ❤️❤️❤️💋💋💋.”
OK, but I also need to talk about those photos. In them, Taraji is working a gorgeous green print bikini while posing on a rock, in the sand, and next to some brush. Her abs are tight, her legs are toned, and her butt is all kinds of strong.
People were all about it in the comments. “Go cookie‼️,” one wrote. “Girllllll SLAYYYYY!!!😍😍😍,” another said.

Taraji, 50, is crushing the bikini pic game lately. She shared more photos and video of herself earlier in the week, working another string bikini. She also dropped some pics from the front and behind of herself posing in a white bikini.

Taraji puts in some serious sweat equity to look that good. She trains seven days a week, with one or two hours devoted to strength training and cardio, her longtime trainer Mike T told InStyle. By the way, Mike said that Taraji is “very disciplined,” and yep, it shows.
Taraji told WSJ Magazine that she kicks off every workout with cardio, which she usually does on the elliptical. “If I’m feeling really adventurous, I’ll do a 20-minute stint on my Peloton bike,” she said. “If I’m feeling really lazy, I’ll just walk it out on the treadmill.”
After that, it’s on to boxing, a newer workout for her that she started doing during the pandemic. Taraji told the publication that she didn’t feel comfortable having a trainer come to her house when COVID-19 case counts were really high, so she “fell in love” with a boxing machine called Nexersys.
She also does battle ropes for her arms and core, and squats, leg lifts, and kettlebell deadlifts for her lower body.
Taraji also keeps her diet super healthy. She is an intermittent fasting fan, and doesn’t eat until 11 a.m. Then, she’ll have a protein shake with vitamin C, iron, elderberry powder, spirulina, and collagen, she told WSJ Magazine
Get it, Taraji!
