Posting a bikini pic on Instagram can be empowering, and Lindsey Vonn is all about it. And, while the former Olympic skier looks stunning and strong in a whole slew of bikini snaps, her caption is everything.
“You can judge me if you want, but I’ve been working hard in the gym and taking care of me…. so I’m going to post some bikini pics because I’m proud of myself. 💪🏻😁❤️ #beyourself,” the 36-year-old Olympic gold medalist wrote.
About those photos… they show Lindsey, her sister Karin Kildow, and two friends hanging out in bikinis, including some solo shots of Lindsey from the front with a very obvious six pack and from the back with a toned booty.

Fans were here. for. it. “Post more of this type of content. Body looks incredible! 🔥🔥🔥🔥,” one person wrote. “Yes girl!!! 👏👏👏 You are an inspiration!!” another said.
And, just to prove how hard she’s been working, Lindsey also dropped a video on Instagram that showed her getting in her workout on vacation. “Working out on vacation. Doesn’t get much better 💪🏻💃🏼#nodaysoff #familytime,” she wrote in the caption.
In the video, Lindsey does weighted squats in what appears to be an open-air gym overlooking the water. In another shot, she uses a rower while overlooking a pool and the ocean, and then exercises on an elliptical, also with gorgeous views. Jealous? Totally.

Lindsey recently told Women’s Health that exercising makes her feel physically—and mentally—strong. “I just like pushing myself,” she said. “I like feeling strong, and when I feel physically strong, I feel so much more mentally strong. When I work out, I feel like I’m healthier and more confident. I’ve achieved something, no matter how small.”
She also said the pushing herself at the gym has given her a lot of “comfort and general confidence,” adding, “working out was definitely my rock throughout the pandemic, too.”
Yeah, it shows.
