Susanna Reid is a British television presenter who is best known as the co-presenter of Good Morning Britain, alongside Piers Morgan.
The 48-year-old decided to kick-start her weight loss journey following a visit to the doctors.
After suffering from skin problems, a medical professional advised the presenter to make changes to her lifestyle.
Speaking on Lorraine earlier this year, the TV star revealed the simple changes she made to lose more than 2st.

How did Susanna Reid lose weight?
The broadcaster said: “It can creep up without you noticing and what I did was cut out snacking.
“I found waking up so early in the morning, and you’re in a sort of energy deficit and all your body can think of is to have toast and biscuits, have calories.
“And you can pile it on really quickly.”
Susanna followed her doctor’s advice and reduced the amount of snacks that she ate, as well as cutting her alcohol consumption.
By ditching the booze for a month, the star lost a whopping 14lbs.
She told Prima Magazine earlier this year: “I feel fantastic.
“This time last year, I went to the doctor with a skin problem and he told me I could do with losing some weight.
“It turned out I was at the upper end of my BMI and, I have to admit, I’d been feeling a little heavy for a while. I’ve lost a stone-and-a-half since then and I feel fantastic.”
