– Brace your core and hold the plank as you tuck your right knee up to the outside of your right elbow. 

– Don’t let your bottom go up in the air or your hips drop.

– Extend your right leg back into the plank position, then repeat on the other side, and continue alternating for 60 seconds. Do three sets.
