Sea paste of radish is The natural Penicillin

Ingredients for 10 servings

For the horseradish paste

  • 65 g of fresh horseradish  wash and peel
  • 1 thumb-sized piece of fresh ginger approx. 15 g – hot wash
  • 2 fresh turmeric root CA. 20 g – hot wash

Liquid ingredients and spices

  • Juice of 2 organic lemons (about 70 ml)
  • 1 TSP Apple cider vinegar
  • 2 TBSP Yaconsirup
  • 1 TSP vanilla extract
  • 1 Pinch Of Cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of black pepper from the mill

Preparation

Preparation time about 10 minutes

Horseradish, ginger, and turmeric in a blender with the squeezed lemon juice and Apple cider vinegar about 1 minutes to make a fine puree.

Yaconsirup, cinnamon and vanilla extract and add an additional Minute of mixing, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Season with pepper and stir again.

Fill in the natural Penicillin in a well-closing glass and set it in a cool, dry place.

Drinking recommendation: During acute colds, take of the mixture a day 1 teaspoon before Breakfast and 1 teaspoon before lunch. The quantity is sufficient for 5 days for one Person.

Tip: if this mixture is too spicy, you can give according to the preparation 1 TSP of the Paste in 250 ml of water, warm it up briefly, over a sieve into a Cup, pour and drink.
