We’re always looking for new ways to spruce up our usual meal rotation and now that Easter is around the corner, we’re hoping to find dishes that double as decor. Luckily for us, Giada de Laurentiis is a master at making her food look Instagramable and delicious. So when we saw that De Laurentiis served her risotto in lemon cups, we knew it would be the perfect addition to our holiday meal. Who needs Easter decor when you have De Laurentiis’ Risotto in Lemon Cups?!

Of course, making the risotto itself is what takes up the biggest chunk of time, but even then — the chef’s recipe is able to be made quickly and easily. As for the captivating presentation of the lemon cups, De Laurentiis has made her guide simple to follow.
You’ll begin by cutting 1/4-inch off the bottom of each lemon so that they can stand without falling over and then take 1 inch off the stem end. With a spoon, you’ll scoop out the remaining lemon flesh and properly discard so you can fill each lemon cup with your risotto. And voila!
