Watch Tracee Ellis Ross Show Off Her Toned Abs During An Impromptu Belly Dance

  • Tracee Ellis Ross, 47, just showed off her toned abs while doing an impromptu belly dance.
  • Tracee shared her dance in an Instagram video before going on The Late Late Show.
  • The Black-ish star stays fit by doing a variety of different workouts and staying hydrated.

Tracee Ellis Ross has this amazing ability to take a basic situation and turn it into something epic. And, naturally, that’s what the Black-ish stardid before she went on The Late Late Show.

Tracee shared a video on Instagram of herself backstage at the talk show (which was guest-hosted by Harry Styles), and she worked the gorgeous cut-out dress she was wearing with everything she had.

“Making my belly dancing debut on @latelateshow tonight!” she wrote in the caption. “Just kidding, I’m totally not but I do let @harrystyles chat me up and I DO love this gorgeous @jw_anderson dress!”

The 47-year-old actress begins her video by saying, “I don’t know how to belly dance, but it feels like I should mananananana!” Then, she starts rolling her stomach and hips before gracefully collapsing on a couch in laughter. Honestly, you just gotta see this video for yourself:

From belly dancing to posing on the couch, Tracee’s abs look beyond epic in that dress, and it’s no accident. While she recently admitted that she hasn’t been able to work out as much as she’d like for the last two months, Tracee totally brings it when she’s on her fitness A-game. When she’s all-in, Tracee works out three or four times a week and only eats foods that make her feel good afterwards, according to Health.

She’s also huge on hydration, drinking about four liters of water a day, per People.

While Tracee does a wide range of things to look so fit (including good old-fashioned strength training at the gym), she’s also big on group exercise classes. “I have to say that Tracy Anderson’s workout the last five years has been really good for me,” she told Health. “I find that, as adults, we stay so regimented in our movement, even if we get on a treadmill. The music changes all the patterns, and my body gets to move freely, so you feel amazing—which is ultimately the point of the workouts, too.”

Btw, Tracee has been the queen of Instagram bikini shots lately and, with a body like that, it’s not hard to see why.
