J.Lo Just Shared Her Arm Workout And Good Lord, She’s All Kinds Of Toned

Via IG stories, the 50-year-old posted a vid of herself doing a raised lateral bicep curl on the cable machine. You can spot her six-pack peeking out from underneath her crop top as the Rocky theme-song blares in the background. The reason this move works so well? It burns the biceps as well as your abs. (No wonder the woman is so dang toned.)

The video then pans to her vocal coach, Stevie Mackey, lying on the ground in exhaustion. Stevie regramed the hilarious vid, captioning it, “I promise I was keeping up… until ??”

In another pic shared to her Instagram Story, J.Lo can be seen performing some kind of arm curl combo while looking in the mirror. She gave her fiancé Alex Rodriguez a shoutout writing, “Missing my workout partner @Arod.” Nawww.

Although the focus is on Jen’s guns in this workout, her personal trainer Dodd Romero recently told O, the Oprah Magazine that the singer goes especially HAM when it comes to her core.

Her regular routine looks a bit like this:
-50 hanging ab raises
-50 rope crunches
-50 incline sit ups with a 20kg plate

She follows this up with another set of 35 each, then a third set of 21 each.
