You totally drink DIY Cannabis juice, right? Nope? Oh, guess that’s just Rose Namajunas.
The UFC women’s strawweight division champion let WomensHealthMag.com raid her refrigerator recently, and OMG her diet is not like mine at all. Except for the Snickers habit (because who doesn’t love that caramel-y peanut-y goodness?).
Here’s what we learned from poking around her condiments and crisper drawer:
1. Rose grows her own Cannabis…and then juices it.
Rose blends the leaves with water and either lime juice or lemon juice (she and her fiancé, fellow martial artist and former UFC fighter Pat Barry, live in Denver, where weed is legal).

2. She also goes the DIY route when it comes to fermented foods like kimchi and kombucha.
Rose grew up in a Lithuanian household where her mom made tons of sauerkraut, so now she makes her own. She also keeps a batch of kimchi on-hand, which ferments in her fridge next to the kombucha she brews herself.
3. She’s all about spicy food.
The fighter’s go-to seasonings include hot sauce, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, fish sauce, and liquid aminos (which she says taste kind of like soy sauce).

3. She treats herself to Pepsi during the off-season.
Even though the vast majority of her fridge is filled with healthy foods, a girl’s gotta have some indulgences.
4. …And Bagel Bites.
The cheese, sausage, and pepperoni variety, in case you were wondering.
5. The oddest food pairing she snacks on? Cheese and jelly
She’s also thinking about aging her own cheese!
6. Oh, and about those Snickers Ice Cream Bars…
Rose says she likes to “stay as healthy as possible,” but she admits she has a few “addictions,” like condensed milk and Snickers Ice Cream Bars. She and her fiancé used to get boxes of them late at night after some of their first dates, and they’ve kept up the tradition ever since.
