There’s no denying Tiffiny Hall is at the top of her game. Not only does the 34-year-old’s online program, TIFFXO, now boast more than 50,000 subscribers, but she’s a trainer on Centr, Chris Hemsworth and Elsa Pataky’s new app. The Melbourne-based taekwondo expert and parent to toddler Arnold has also played a key role in the body-love movement for new mums, giving a TEDx talk on the pressure on women to ‘bounce back’ to their pre-baby bodies.

If I can only squeeze in 10 minutes, it’s worth it because I know I’ll feel better after.
If I had a Netflix show, my theme song would be Grown Woman by Beyoncé. It speaks to me on a level about realising your childhood dreams and then finding the confidence to go on to help others realise their dreams.
The best comments I receive on Instagram are when people thank me for being ‘real’, in a sea of Photoshop. Any comment where I’ve inspired someone warms my heart. It’s why I do what I do!
