  • 150 g of Mayonnaise (self-made)
  • 40 g of Apple into 5 mm cubes
  • 40 g gherkins – finely chop
  • 30 g of capers – finely chop
  • 1 spring onion – 15 g of Green, cut very fine

Preparation

Preparation time about 10 minutes

For the homemade Mayonnaise (150 g) only the gherkins, Apple dice, the capers and the Green of the spring onion, mix well and season with salt and pepper. You, the vegan Remoulade.
