Kate Hudson is at the Venice Film Festival to promote her new movie, Mona Lisa and the Blood Moon, and she’s creating some serious vibes along the way.

Kate dropped a photo on Instagram of herself on her way to an event and OMG, it’s everything. In it, she’s working a black cut-out dress with a slit that goes waaay up the side, showing off her super toned legs.

There are also cut-outs down the front, revealing 42-year-old’s tight abs. “’Before you leave the house, look in the mirror and take one thing off.’ -Coco Chanel,” Kate wrote in the caption. “I chose fabric… . @monotofficial @elimizrahi 💋💋💋 #veniceitaly.”

People fell all over themselves in the comments, including plenty of the actress’ famous friends. “KAte!!!!!!!!!!!’ What the actual. U look stunning,” said Ashley Benson. “Dead ❤️❤️❤️,” wrote Julianne Hough. Kate’s son Ryder Robinson hilariously chimed in with, “Mom… .”

Kate didn’t get that toned by sitting on her butt. For starters, Kate is big—huge—on Pilates. “I know I’m at my strongest is when I’m doing my Pilates because it never gets easier,” Kate previously told Women’s Health. “The more you do Pilates the harder the things you can do become. I love how flexible I feel and I like what it does to the shape of my body.”

But Kate doesn’t ~just~ do Pilates. She’s also big into dancing.

“I like to do any kind of dance workout,” Kate told WH. Her trainer, Nicole Stuart, likes to incorporate dance workouts into her routine because of this. “I think cardio is really important, not necessarily running a long distance, but doing something that will get your heart rate up, which is why we love dance,” she told WH.

Kate also loves to take her fitness outdoors. “There are times when I’m so busy with work that I don’t have time for a proper exercise session,” she told Women’s Health UK. “But I’ll go for a hike instead.”

Naturally, Kate eats well, too. She told WH she likes to start her day with celery juice. That’s followed up with a protein shake, oatmeal, an acai bowl, or eggs. She focuses mostly on plant-based foods, like squash or zucchini noodles for her other meals, although she’ll throw chicken, fish, or steak in there sometimes.

Pass the zucchini noodles.
