Kate Beckinsale Just Made Pikes And Push-Ups On A Stability Ball Look Way Too Easy

  • Kate Beckinsale, 46, shared an abs and arms combination workout video with her trainer Brad Siskind on Instagram.
  • In the video, the actress does abs pikes and push-ups using a stability ball at Gunnar Peterson’s gym.
  • Kate jokes with commenters who suggest she’s old enough to be their mom to do their homework.

Kate Beckinsale is back at it. And by “it,” I obviously mean making super intense workouts look way too easy. The 46-year-old Widow actress got in a sweat session this weekend with her trainer Brad Siskind at Gunnar Peterson’s gym. She shared a workout video to the ‘gram to prove it, too.

In the video, Kate demonstrates her skill and strength with a stability ball. “On Saturdays, @bradsiskind gets his big ball out,” she explained in the caption. She starts in a plank position with her feet on the ball and her hands on the floor. Then, she pikes up and rolls the ball closer. Finally, she rolls the ball back out to a plank and completes a push-up.

Kate does the total-body combination in one seamless motion, making it look effortless. But it takes some serious abdominal strength to get that kind of height in the pike. Oh, and she’s smiling mid-move like it’s nbd.

Kate seems to keep that smile going post-workout, too. She responds to several cheeky comments with some serious sass. One commenter shared: “Can’t believe you’re old enough to be my mum,” to which Kate replied: “DO YOUR HOMEWORK.”

This is just one of Kate’s insane sweat sessions. Last week, Kate’s workout was a literal double whammy. She shared a workout video of herself punching the lights out of a dummy and doing abs at the same time. Kate included a slow motion replay to show her sheer power, with every muscle firing and her ponytail flying through the air. She also ‘grammed some infamous toilet squats not too long ago.

Gunnar told Us Weekly last year that Kate always gives her all at the gym (even when the phone cameras aren’t rolling). “Kate is a six-day-a-week person,” he said. “She’s definitely up there among my hardest workers. I mean every single day is push, push, push.”
