Gabrielle Union has been touring the world on a yacht with her family, and she’s clearly having the kind of vacation dreams are made of. The 48-year-old has been kindly sharing snippets with the rest of us on Instagram and you might want to sit down for this one.

“Someone bring me a glass of 💦,” the Bring It On alum wrote in the caption of a video.

Once you click on the vid, you see Gabrielle casually showering off on the deck of her yacht while working a string bikini. There’s Gabrielle—and her toned booty—from the back, and then Gabrielle and her flat abs from the front, as she casually tosses her wet hair behind her. Jaw, meet floor.

People completely freaked out in the comments. “48 years old and still looks 18. U are amazing!!!” one person wrote. “Definitely…Coming in 🔥🔥🔥,” someone else said.

This is hardly the first bikini pic or video Gabrielle’s shared on her self-proclaimed Wade World Tour. There was this one:

But Gabrielle works hard for that toned…everything. She previously told Women’s Health that she likes to do about three 50-minute workouts a week. Each focuses on full-body strength training moves, with about six minutes of a variety of cardio.

“I like to mix it up so I don’t get anxiety staring at the treadmill,” Gabrielle said. “Cardio could be jumping jacks, running up my driveway, side shuffles like I used to do in basketball, an elliptical, treadmill, or sled pushes.”

Gabrielle also regularly reaches for what she calls her “old faithfuls:” squats and lunges. “They’ve never really failed,” she added.

While she has her go-to moves, Gabrielle said she loves to mix up her exercises.

“The beauty of my workouts are that they change every session and day,” she said. “It really depends on my mood. Basically I try to stay as flexible as possible [so] I don’t get too bogged down.”
