Healthy Hacks: Quick & Easy Chocolate Bliss Ball Recipe

In this week’s Healthy Hacks video, we show you how to make chocolate and coconut bliss balls – the ultimate 3pm pick-me-up. Here’s what you’ll need. 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dates, pitted, or apricots
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 cup medium desiccated coconut plus extra for coating
  • 1/4 cup quick cooking rolled oats
  • 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup unsalted cashews

Method

Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix. if you’d like a smoother ball, pop the ingredients in a food processor and whizz until the mixture starts to pull together. Roll into balls and roll in additional coconut. Store in a tight sealed container in the fridge or freezer.
