You Absolutely Need These Cheese Wraps If You’re Trying To Do The Keto Diet

Attention, keto dieters: Gone are the days of using sad lettuce wraps for your low-carb wraps. There’s a new wrap option out there, and it sounds pretty damn amazing.

Folios has a new line of cheese wraps. We’re talkin’ wraps made of cheese, which have been spotted in Costco stores around the country, according to Best Products. Lotito Foods (the maker of Folios), says these wraps are “lightly baked sheets of cheese.” Take a minute to wipe the drool off of your face.

The cheese wraps come in three different types: Parmesan, Jarlsberg, and cheddar. They’re made from part-skim all natural cheese (that’s it!), and are gluten- and lactose-free. Here’s how the nutrition content of each wrap plays out:

Cheddar Folios Cheese Wraps

With zero carbs and a solid amount of fat, these wraps are perfect for keto dieters. And while, sure, you can absolutely use them for their intended purpose (wrapping up a sandwich!), you can also crisp ’em up for a snack or melt ’em into a bowl or taco shell for some super creative keto dinners.

While Costco is the newest store to start selling Folios, the cheese wraps are also sold across the country and are available on Amazon Fresh. And if they’re not sold at your local grocery store yet, they might be on their way (check locations here)—or you can always request to get Folios in your fave store.

Now, excuse me while I go dream up ways to wrap literally everything in cheese.
