Walmart Is Selling Egg White Breakfast Wraps With Enough Protein To Fill You Up ALL Day

First came Costco’s cheese wraps. Then came CAULIPOWER’s cauliflower tortillas. Now—ohhhh, but now—there are Walmart’s egg white thins. The wraps are low in carbs (duh), high in protein (duh), and gluten- and dairy-free (DUH).

The wraps actually come from the crepe-makers over at Crepini, who created these guys in an effort to “elevate your protein, reduce your carbs, and replace your wraps.” They succeeded: Each wrap (which is pretttty much made up of seasoned egg whites and a wheat flour) has just 45 calories and four grams of protein.

The beauty of the wraps is that they can be eaten hot or cold. Should you prefer the former, all you have to do is microwave them for a few seconds. If you’re more of a cold egg white person (…OK), you can just straight up eat the things.

In the comments section, you’ll find people who enjoy wrapping their usual breakfast suspects (eggs, bacon, etc.) up and eating them as a breakfast taco. Others literally substitute these wraps for pancakes and dunk them is sugar-free syrup for a sweeter, less caloric breakfast experience.

Regardless, what you do with your egg white thins in the privacy of your home is your business. Unless, of course, you write about it in the comments section of Walmart’s website, in which case it becomes the world’s.

Thank you for coming to my low-carb TED talk.
