Meet the yoga expert who pulls of jaw-dropping poses in the nude

Naked yoga has seen a dramatic increase in popularity over the last few years.

While some fitness fans document their naturism on Instagram, others attend specialist classes where they stretch in the buff.

Apparently, exercising without clothes helps you to feel freer and more body confident.

Yoga expert Rhyanna Watson is a huge believer of this theory.

The influencer, from Tazmania, says the discipline has changed her life.

Ryanna discovered her love for naked yoga by accident.

The 35-year-old stripped off to check if her posture was correct when she carried out the tricky moves.

This experiment sparked her love for stretching in the buff – and she’s never looked back.

The Switzerland-based Instagram star said:  “I needed to see the muscles work to understand how the activate them and build a mind muscle connection for a more aware practice.

“In the process of doing this I also found freedom and love in my body for all it could do as a tool for movement.”

She said: “My yoga poses are simply done as art.

“Art is meant to make someone feel, not look a certain way or evoke a specific certain feeling.

“I use photography as a sense of expression for me and my postures to understand yoga postures better and myself.”

Despite this, it’s clear some of the fitness enthusiast’s fans are aroused by her posts.

Yesterday, a video of her carrying out some yoga poses attracted some risqué comments.

One fan wrote:”Oh lawd that looks hot.”

Another said: “You’re certainly sensual! Holy moly that’s so incredibly sexy.”

Many cheeky commenters have also asked whether Ryanna’s flexibility helps her in the sack.

In response to this naughty question, the influencer said yoga doesn’t always improve your sex life.

She remarked: “Yoga does not improve ones sex life unless you are practicing it mindfully.

“It is not about how many positions you can do. It is about your connection to yourself and the other person.

“If you cannot feel the connection and energy a position will not make it any better.”
