Burger King's New Coffee Subscription Is a Serious Steal

Listen, we love a strong cup of Starbucks coffee on Monday mornings as much as the next person, but you have to admit, it can get pricey spending $3-plus each time, especially if you grab coffee even if just a few times a week. But Burger King wants to change that with its $5 coffee subscription promotion.

Available now, Burger King’s offering a steal of a deal: Spend $5 per month and get a hot cup of coffee every day. Yep, every day of the week.

“We continue to leverage technology to enhance our guests experience in our restaurants,” says Burger King Corporation President Chris Finazzo in a press release. ”We are proud to launch our own subscription service where guests can now enjoy a hot cup of coffee every day for just $5 a month.”

It’s easy to sign up for the deal, which Burger King calls the BK Café Coffee subscription. Simply download the Burger King app, click on the offers tab, sign up, and use the app to get your incredibly cheap, 12 oz. coffee made with 100 percent Arabica beans. Right now, the subscription only includes the regular hot brewed coffee and none of the chain’s flavored iced and frappe varieties are included.

Only three months into 2019, and Burger King has already made waves. To start, the fast-food chain added to its menu funnel cake fries made with real funnel cake batter.

The fries will have all of the tasty aspects you love about funnel cake: hot, crispy, and topped off with powdered sugar, but in french fry form,” a Burger King representative told Today back in January when the fries launched.

And later, BK took its Mickey D’s trolling to a whole new level with its Big King XL burger, described as bigger and better than the Big Mac. Basically, if you handed in one of your expired MacCoins McDonald’s handed out when it was celebrating its 50th anniversary, you received the XL burger.

We can’t wait to see what Burger King does next.
