Sarah Hyland Just Shared How She Gets Her Super-Toned Abs In A New Workout Video

Sarah Hyland does not mess around when it comes to working out, and she just dropped some intense-looking videos on Instagram to prove it. Her crazy-toned abs in every single one are pretty darn convincing, too.

In a new series of Instagram Story videos, the Modern Family star can be seen working her butt off (and then some) at the gym. In the first one, Sarah does weighted hip thrusts with a resistance band like it’s nobody’s business. She keeps on going, even when she’s thrown a total curveball by her trainer. “10?” she asks. “20,” he says. “Oh, HAHA,” she responds…and keeps on working it.

Sarah does the whole thing like it’s NBD, but she wrote in the next IG Story video that it’s “very hard. My face in the next one shows it.” And yeah, you can tell she’s really pushing through it at the end. But still, Sarah is in total beast mode.

In the next video, Sarah does rainbow planks (how do you think she got those awesome abs?!) and, again, makes it look like it’s nothing. Then, her trainer tells her to stop and hold a plank and again, she easily does it. After a moment, though, you can see it’s getting tough as her muscles shake a bit, which fair. This stuff definitely isn’t easy.

Cut to the next video, and Sarah is still cranking it out. (Is it possible to cheer on an IG video? Because…) In it, Sarah is doing seated lat pull-downs, and she’s totally owning them. While she looks super chill in the moment and is working at a consistent pace, you can definitely see her muscles shake a little as she challenges herself. Clearly, all those muscle shakes are shaping her up.
