Jessie J Casually Showed Off Her Abs While Cozying Up To Channing Tatum At Grammys Party

  • Jessie J showed off her toned abs at a Grammys after party with boyfriend Channing Tatum.
  • She, her abs, and Channing danced and goofed around at the party.
  • The “Brave” singer stays fit thanks to maintaining a vegan diet and cutting out sugar.

ICYMI: The Grammys were Sunday night, and tons of celebrities showed up to celebrate, looking all kinds of amazing. Among them was Jessie J, who looked ridiculously fit in a two-piece ensemble that showed off her toned abs.

The “Brave” singer hit up the FIJI Water At Republic Records 2020 Grammy After Party in an oversized pinstripe suit jacket, matching slouchy pants, with a glittery bra top underneath. She completely owned the look on the red carpet, and again in a series of Instagram Story videos.

In one video, Jessie and her abs can be seen doing what appears to be a shot, alongside a bunch of friends and her on-again boyfriend Channing Tatum. Oh! There are her abs again as she breaks it down to Miley Cyrus’ “Party in the USA” (which she co-wrote, btw).

In another video, Jessie, her abs, and Channing goof off on the dance floor, and finally, she jokes around with a pillow, while subtly flashing her abs at the camera.

Jessie has made it pretty clear that she works hard to look that good. She opened up to Plant Based News in 2019 about being a vegan and her decision to cut out sugar from her diet. “So four years ago, I cut out sugar from my diet to try and stop bacteria from building up in my body,” she said. “Once I cut out sugar I realized how much I began to enjoy food when it was good for me—and it was balancing out everything—my health, my moods, my sleep.”

And, of course, she goes hard during her workouts. “When I come out of the gym, I’m blotchy red and sweaty, but I feel good. It’s about the longevity of your life, not how you look in the morning,” she’s told HuffPost in the past.

Jessie also told Women’s Health UK that, while working out makes her look great, she ultimately exercises to feel good. “[Working out] really makes me feel positive,” she said. “It releases endorphins—and I never really used to believe in that until I started working out. You do really get this sluggish feeling before a workout where you’re like, ‘Oh, I don’t want to do it,’ and you might feel a little low. But you do a workout and it gives you that pickup. It makes me feel alive.”

Get it, Jessie!
